Simple housing means housing that meets the family's needs.. This aids the partnering family in their future expenses in the home, as heating and cooling costs are more controllable with a well-insulated house, particularly as these costs escalate upwards. CCHH homes are primarily built with volunteer help, significantly reducing the overall cost of a house.. House payments fund future homes for other partner families, a most exciting means of growth.
